FUTABA ESW-1J Electronic Switch (5A)

High quality Futaba ESW-1J 5A electronic switch for RC models is used to connect the burn to the receiver and servo circuit. The electronic switch is much more reliable than conventional mechanical switches, which can damage the contacts by vibration, fuel or other contaminants and consequently fall of the RC model.

The Futaba electronic switch is designed for those who do not want to leave nothing in their RC model on chance. The switch is made up of a MOS-FET transistor, which allows a constant current of 5 A or a current of 10 A for 30 seconds. The transistor switches on with a slide switch designed for maximum reliability. In addition, the switch is made so that when a mechanical switch fails, the MOSFET transistor is closed. Power supply 3.5 to 8.4 V, weight only 20 g including cables.

The electronic switch is mounted to the RC fuselage or helicopter fuselage using 2 M3 screws that are screwed into the aluminum inserts that are part of the receiver box.
